Dr. Jon was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He graduated from East High School and then went on to Rockford University and received a B.S. in Biochemistry. He graduated at the top of his class at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine Illinois. He is accepting new patients and provides the highest level of care with integrity. Evening and weekend appointments available.

Dr. Shalise Holt attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a B.S. in Human Nutrition. She continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She went on to receive an M.S. in Oral Sciences as well as a Certificate in Orthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Holt is known for giving every patient individualized personal attention and excellent orthodontic care. She is adept at treating all age groups, from children to adults. Overall, Dr. Holt is dedicated to maintaining the highest possible levels of patient satisfaction at all times. Orthodontic consultations are FREE.

Dr. Vincent Zammuto is a native of Rockford, Illinois. He received his B.A. in Chemistry from Rockford College. He continued his studies at Marquette University, School of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1989.
