Mr. Patton, in addition to his role as Senior Vice President of The Pasha Group, also maintains overall managerial responsibility for Pasha Hawaii and is a key member of the team that formulated the planning and construction of the M/V Jean Anne and the M/V Marjorie C. Mr. Patton joined Pasha in 1985 and has been heavily involved with many of the company's innovative projects. Mr. Hamlin joined the company in 2015 as General Manager, West Coast Operations, bringing extensive experience in both domestic and international terminal/liner management. Prior to joining Pasha, Chris served five years with Horizon Lines as a Terminal Operations Manager, Corporate Maintenance Manager, and most recently Director of Logistics for the Hawaii trade lane. Before joining Horizon Lines, Mr. Hamlin held a number of leadership positions with APM Terminals in Oakland, Los Angeles, and the Port of Salalah in Oman. Ms. Irvine has been with The Pasha Group since 1986. Prior to joining the company she was affiliated with AFI Worldwide Forwarders, which was subsequently purchased by Pasha in 1980. As the organization has grown substantially during her tenure, her leadership and oversight of the Human Resources department has proven to be a key component to the successful integration of Pasha's planned acquisitions and expansion strategy. Today Ms. Irvine's responsibilities include employee development, overall development planning and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and policies (including Human Resources and Payroll service models) and employer branding. In addition she oversees all benefit programs, compensation and total rewards management and employee Health & Welfare programs.

Christopher J Connor

Chris Connor is the President & CEO of the American Association of Port Authorities. He is the former Global President & Chief Executive Officer of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics AS (WWL), one of the world's largest ocean car carriers, and vehicle logistics groups. As CEO, Mr. Connor guided the company through a period of significant transformation in its core ocean transport business, while driving rapid growth in the vehicle logistics arena. His reputation as an industry leader and globally recognized expert in deep-sea ocean transport and land-based logistics is based on an authentic leadership approach and his ability to transform strategy into profit-generating results. Mr. Connor, who has over 38 years of experience in international shipping and logistics, began his career at United States Lines in 1981, followed by Crowley Maritime in 1987, prior to joining Wallenius Lines in 1994. In addition to roles in the USA, Chris' career path brought him to Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Netherlands, and finally to Norway as CEO of WWL. Since 2017, Mr. Connor has been a Board Member at The Pasha Group, and served on the Executive Committee and Board of the American Maritime Partnership from 2018-2019. Mr. Connor is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where he earned a Board Governance Fellowship designation in March 2017. He has served as a keynote speaker and panelist for several national summits including Automotive Supply Chain Congress and The Economist World Ocean Summit. In 2013, Automotive Supply Chain Magazine named Mr. Connor Logistician of the Year. Mr. Connor is a graduate of Villanova University, Villanova, PA.

Christopher T. Kobayashi

Christopher T. Kobayashi is a partner with Kobayashi, Sugita & Goda, a law firm based in Honolulu that specializes in the areas of corporate, construction and commercial law. Mr. Kobayashi has counseled owners, developers, general contractors and design professionals in construction matters and tenants with respect to commercial leasing concerns. In addition, Mr. Kobayashi has worked on numerous commercial matters, involving general corporate and business matters, business sales and acquisitions, and has represented clients, both individuals and events, in the sports industry. As Senior Vice President and CIO, IT Services, David Beckerman is responsible for managing the business application and technical services teams within The Pasha Group. Mr. Beckerman joined The Pasha Group in 2004 to lead the design and implementation of The Pasha Group's proprietary terminal system, On-Track Automotive (OTA). OTA was launched in 2005 at the company's flagship marine terminal in San Diego, CA and is currently deployed in the company's facilities in Grays Harbor, WA, Baltimore, MD and on all major Hawaiian island ports. Mr. Beckerman has over 25 years experience in the transportation and logistics field. Starting in the operating department of a Class 1 railroad, he has worked for U.S. flag steamship lines and intermodal service providers. In addition, he has been involved in many successful system deployments while working for software companies serving the transportation and logistics industry. Mr. Beckerman holds an M.S. in Information Systems from Golden Gate University and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Science from San Francisco State University.

Evan Harwood

Evan Harwood is a Managing Director at Equity Group Investments (EGI), the private investment firm founded by Sam Zell. Based in Chicago, EGI invests opportunistically across industries and geographies and throughout the capital structure. EGI provides flexible capital and employs an engaged ownership approach to maximize the potential of its investments. Harwood sources and evaluates credit and equity investment opportunities in the public and private sectors, negotiates and structures transactions, and partners with portfolio company operators to drive value. General David A. Bramlett

General Bramlett retired from the US Army on October 31, 1998. He concluded his military career as the Commanding General of US Army Forces Command, a position he held from July 1996 to August 1998. As commander of the Army's largest organization, he was responsible for training and deploying forces worldwide in support of theater Combatant Commanders. Key Army assignments included Division Commander of the 6th Infantry Division (Light) in Alaska, 1992-94, and Assistant Division Commander with the 25th Infantry Division (Light) in Hawaii, 1987-89. Additionally, General Bramlett served as the Commandant of Cadets at West Point, 1989-92. He earlier commanded brigades in the 82d Airborne Division and the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). Joint assignments include Deputy Commander-in-Chief, US Pacific Command, September 1994 to June 1996, and Deputy J5 (Plans, Policy, and Programs), US Central Command, 1986-87. A 1964 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, General Bramlett also holds a Master of Arts degree in English from Duke University. He has been a Senior Mentor with the Army's Joint Force Land Component Commander's Course and an occasional participant in seminars on security issues and international affairs. He has also been an adjunct instructor with Hawaii Pacific University in the graduate school (courses in History and Literature). He served as President - Americas for APL from 2004 to 2010 where his responsibilities included APL's ocean transportation, logistics, and terminal operations in the US, Canada, and Latin America. William "Buzzy" Hong

William "Buzzy" Hong's commitment to public service in Hawaii started at a young age and has continued throughout his professional and post-retirement career. He served with the U.S. Coast Guard, prior to his 26-year career with the Honolulu Police Department (HPD). While at HPD, Mr. Hong served on the "Metro Squad," a predecessor to the SWAT Team. He was also one of the original members of the K-9 unit and a founding member of the State of Hawaii Organization of Police Officers (SHOPO). He eventually became Chief Polygraph Operator for the department and attained the rank of Captain upon his retirement. After retiring from HPD, Mr. Hong worked with the Prosecuting Attorney's Office on special assignment as the head of the Organized Crime Strike Force and White Collar Crime Investigation Unit. In 1990, he was named Executive Director of the Building and Construction Trade Council AFL-CIO. After 20 years of service to 16 affiliate trade unions and their 41,000 members, Mr. Hong retired in that capacity in 2010. While there, his accomplishments included creating numerous work opportunities on military bases and through federal projects, formulating prosperous partnerships with various major developers in the State of Hawaii, and helping with the approval of the rail system. Mr. Hong currently sits on several non-profit boards and commissions throughout the State of Hawaii. He was Chair of the first Honolulu Fire Commission and a member of the selection committee for the HPD Chief of Police. A graduate of Roosevelt High School, Mr. Hong is the recipient of Roosevelt High School's most outstanding alumnus award.
