ALISHA EBERLE

Alisha graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Criminal Justice and minor in Social Work. She started her banking career as a Teller/Account Opener at a community bank in 2010. She worked with a variety of different Fiserv modules and programs throughout her banking career. She excelled in BPM (Business Process Manager) and I-32 (custom forms creation program). Alisha also enjoys the challenge of customizing BPM to fit the bank's policies and procedures. She joined Fiserv in the Advisory Services team to be a BPM Consultant which allowed her to serve and work with a multitude of clients. Alisha most recently joined Peak Consulting to continue to grow her consulting abilities and looks forward to working with a dynamic team focused on client improvements. In her free time Alisha loves being with her family and following her kids in their activities.

Brandy Nielson

Brandy is the Director of Operations and Marketing at Peak Consulting. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Northwest Missouri State University. In joining Peak, Brandy brings an understanding of the importance of effective and consistent communication in building and maintaining long term and mutually beneficial business relationships. She enjoys planning, developing and executing marketing strategies and the clear, concise messaging that is imperative for the business and the client. With 10 years of experience in project management, often juggling multiple initiatives, Brandy's persistence and firm attention to detail ensures that projects are successfully completed on time and within budget. Brandy is passionate about fitness and sports, both as a spectator and as a participant. She's coached numerous youth sports, enjoys running with her dog Boji, and has ran over 15 half marathons.

Brent Reynolds - President

Brent has been working in the banking industry since 2007, when he was hired at Fiserv. During his time at Fiserv he worked in the Loan department providing technical expertise to customers about the Premier® Loan Accounting System (LAS). He then moved into a resource role providing support to other SME's at the Lincoln location as well as for the outsourced datacenter personnel. He trained new staff and provided advanced training to existing staff. Brent enjoyed working with banks in a consultative role and pursued developing a business model around providing best practice work to Fiserv Premier® clients. His work was very successful and he became responsible for running the consulting business related to the Premier® Deposit and Loan Applications. He received numerous awards but his greatest accomplishments were the satisfied customers, averaging 78% repeat business. Chris Raney

Chris Raney is a Loan Consultant at Peak Consulting. Chris began her banking career in 1987 as a teller for a Savings and Loan Bank, and then moved on to Commercial Banking. She worked in the Operations Department handling exception items and reviewing deposit and loan account information added to the system, as well as balancing the bank. It was with this bank that she began her experience with Fiserv. Chris joined the Fiserv team in 1998 and worked in Deposit Support, Loan Support, Service Management and then was asked to lead the Core Implementations Team. She worked to create procedures and installation packages for the various modules that were installed, and conducted transaction code and specification reviews. Chris takes pride in working with clients to assist them in growing their business line and making them as successful as possible. When Chris is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, pets, fishing and crocheting in her home state of Georgia.

Christine "Christy" Mollhoff

Christy has been in the banking industry for almost 25 years with 18 of those in various support, implementation, training and management roles at Fiserv in Lincoln. Christy has worked with many aspects of the Fiserv Premier® core including deposits, loans, general ledger and mainframe operations and has assisted banks with many conversions. Christy has a passion for training her clients on industry best practices and enjoys working with banks of all sizes to help them maximize the use of their core software. Cole Anderson - EVP

Cole graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Cole has used his education within the financial services industry with Northwestern Mutual as well as multiple responsibilities working with Fiserv Premier® clients. He spent multiple years at Fiserv helping clients work through complex software issues as well as advising them on best practice solutions on how to maximize their software investment. It became clear that the best way to serve clients was to take a proactive approach by focusing on a client's specific environment. Cole was instrumental in developing a business model that reached out to clients by going on-site to understand each banks use of the software and elevating their usage to the next level. The on-site consultative model proved to be the preferred method for clients to maximize the system in their current environment as well as giving insights on how to capitalize on new enhancements and functionality. Spending over 2800 hours on-site with clients has given Cole the unique advantage of delivering not only best practice software advice, but best practice consulting based on proven success models developed with peer banks all across the nation. Cole provided a voice within Fiserv to what the clients wanted and required out of their operating platform. He used that voice to lend changes and enhancements to the product development team to improve the overall experience of the users. Cole was awarded by management on multiple occasions for doing whatever it takes to earn client trust and being the face of Fiserv that they could trust with clients of all sizes. Cole continues to serve clients by offering truly unbiased best practice solutions. He is a Certified Nintex RPA Expert (formally Foxtrot). Dan Bontrager

Dan has 10 years of experience in the banking industry. He began working for Fiserv directly after finishing his schooling at Doane College, where he obtained a Management Information Systems degree. At Fiserv, he spent 5 years in the customer support area and 5 years in the Quality Control area, working on the item processing delivery system products. Within the delivery system support area, he was responsible for the deployment, training and support for products to Fiserv customers. He also trained new hires in installing and supporting products. He also helped develop and maintain the online knowledge base, and created the review process for product documentation. Within the Quality Control area, he became a product specialist for several delivery systems, including Transaction Content Manager (TCM) and Transaction Content Specifications (TCS). For those delivery systems, he managed the products through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This involved solidifying product requirements and functionality before product release, verifying product integrations, and creating and executing detailed plans to certify the implementation of products. Additionally, Dan has his certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations, which is a set of practices for IT service management (ITSM). This practice focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business. He has increased experience with change management practices from an ITIL perspective. He has developed processes, procedures, security considerations, business continuation plans and metric report materials for organizational change management. Dan also has experience as an IT consultant focusing on office hardware and software support.

Jen Bierlein-Oline

Jen graduated from St. Olaf College in Minnesota with a degree in Church Music (organist) and English (writing emphasis). She brings over 24 years of community banking operations and Fiserv FCRM (AML & Fraud Manager), Business Analytics and Premier experience to Peak Consulting. Her roles at community banks included BSA/AML/OFAC Officer, Operations Officer, Reporting Analyst, and Teller, and she worked at Fiserv as a Senior Client Consultant for FCRM. These roles exposed her to areas such as regulatory reporting, software conversions, process improvements, overall systems management and gave her the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of organizational stakeholders. Her passion for BSA/AML Compliance, her Certified Anti-Money Laundering (CAMS) Certification and her technical expertise with Fiserv software allows her to help clients understand and best utilize those systems while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations. In addition, she loves writing policies and procedures, conducting training, and assisting clients with testing. She is committed to creating value for clients by having a take-charge attitude and a willingness to step in and take on any task, no matter how large or small. In her free time, Jen enjoys reading, camping, motorcycle riding (as a passenger!), playing organ in churches, and spending time with her husband, 3 kids, cat and dog.

Nick Nepper

As a self-taught programmer, Nick has over five years of experience working with automation and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes across a variety of industries. He got his start in the manufacturing industry where he wrote custom applications that used EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) messages to automate shipment processing. He also has experience working in the healthcare industry where he performed data conversions between patient tracking applications and installed interfaces among various hospital systems. Nick is a Certified Nintex RPA Expert, bringing with him a strong knowledge base of SQL, C++, Python, and VB.NET. As well as several reporting services including BI (Business Intelligence), SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and Crystal Reports. In his free time, Nick enjoys board games, playing ultimate frisbee and running.

Phil Boon

Phil graduated from the University of Nebraska Kearney with a degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management. He started his community banking career in 2009 as a teller at a Fiserv core bank and has worked in a variety of roles and locations across the US for both community banks and large corporate financial institutions. As a self-taught programmer and automation champion, he leverages his knowledge of Fiserv applications with accompanying Nintex Expert Certifications in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Workflow Cloud to partner with banks seeking process improvement via automation. Always eager to build his knowledge base, he continually seeks out opportunities to learn new or better ways to streamline existing processes. In his free time, Phil enjoys playing board games, listening to music (recommendations are always welcome!), and cooking for his family and friends.

Sherri Egggleston

Sherri Eggleston serves as Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Born and raised in Fairbury, Nebraska, Sherri graduated from Spenser School of Business with an Administrative Assistant Associates Degree. Following college she moved to Aurora, Colorado then found Nebraska "home" again in 2000. Sherri has over 26 years of professional experience and brings her hard work-ethic and team-player mentality to this position. Additionally, Sherri is a proud owner of a successful photography business that she built from the ground up. Sherri's entrepreneurial spirit combined with her Executive Assistant experience makes her a huge asset to Peak Consulting. Outside of work, Sherri is a proud mom of three children that keep her very busy. She also enjoys music of all varieties, photography, sports (especially wrestling since her kids have been involved for over 14 years) and spending time with her three dogs.

Timothy Williams

Timothy Williams is a BPM Consultant at Peak Consulting. Timothy began his banking career in 2005 and has held teller, customer service, and deposit operations positions before joining Fiserv in 2014. At Fiserv, he started in Application Support for Business Process Manager (BPM) and Integrated Teller, eventually specializing in BPM, finally moving into BPM Advisory Services. Between Support and Advisory Services, Timothy has gained a wide range of experience with BPM and applications that interact with it, most recently focusing on updating BPM workflows to current best practices and creating custom new accounts & file maintenance workflows. In addition to banking experience, Timothy holds a degree in Marketing from Iowa State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa. In his free time, Timothy is a travel and fitness enthusiast and is involved with cat rescue & care in his home state of Iowa.
