Christopher Moulder

Debbi Kennedy

A chance meeting can change your future! Debbi was selling hospital supplies and considering medical school when an acquaintance recommended her for a leasing consultant position. After nearly two decades with Los Angeles-based R&B Realty Group (now known as Oakwood Worldwide) in multiple states as a sales trainer, accountant, MIS coordinator and Project Manager, Debbi moved to the central coast of California and spent ten years as a Community Association manager with a large portfolio that included single family homes, commercial properties, condominiums, townhomes, and co-ops. She has a diverse background in new construction, budget preparation, financial management,and capital improvements management. During this time, she became active in raising and training purebred dogs that have been shown successfully throughout the United States. Since joining Community Association Reserves, she has assisted in the preparation of well over three hundred studies holds an RS designation from the CAI. She also handles our job scheduling and travel arrangements. In her free time, she still participates in dog shows on a limited basis, and also enjoys reading, travel, and water sports.

George Jury

George is a registered Professional Engineer as well as a Licensed Land Surveyor. George has served as the past City Engineer and Assistant Director of Public Works. He has also chaired and directed the City-County Drainage Board for El Paso County.

Jean Neal

Job Titles:

Jean Neal, Civil Engineer, serves as our technical advisor for those situations that require a little more analysis. Jean reviews every report and provides skilled feedback from an engineering point of view. Costs and recommendations are adjusted based on this review where necessary. Jean received her engineering degree form the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a BS in Wildlife Management from Ohio State University.

Richard Hamilton

Richard Hamilton, RS, PRA, serves as our Chief Reserve Analyst. He has over 27 years of capital budgeting experience, starting in 1986 as Controller and Senior Analyst for Los Angeles based R&B Realty Group, one of the nation's largest real estate investment and management firms, with budget and finance responsibility for over 86,000 apartments across the United States. Certified by the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts and the CAI in 2009, Richard performs approximately 300 reserve studies annually in Texas and Colorado as well as many other states. Richard holds an MBA from California State University, Fullerton (with time at CSUN), with a Management concentration. Richard has a passion for the Martial Arts, achieving the level of Master in Shorin Kung Fu and co-owns a successful studio in Colorado.
