RUD RANCH

Rud Ranch is located in Buffalo County Wisconsin near the upper Missippi River. It is an area that escaped glaciation during the ice ages. This left the soil exceptionally fertile and rich in minerals... Rud Ranch raises 100% grass-fed cattle. The cattle are primarily Angus with a few Angus/Red Devon crosses. We have developed our Cow herd over the last 15 years selecting primarily based on tenderness. We recently have been adding in some Red Devon genetics due to there superior ability to preform well on grass... We've been told we have the most delicious beef people have ever tasted! It begins with the genetics we've selected, our artisan approach to grazing our cattle and finally, our assurance that these cattle are processed in a manner honoring their life.
