Aaron joined Slate in 2021. He is responsible for assisting in the asset management of Slate Grocery REIT and Slate's investment strategy focused on essential real estate assets in North America, including supervision of third-party property management and leasing professionals, preparation of annual operating budgets and approval and execution of capital spending and leasing programs.

Agnes joined Slate as Finance Director in 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of tax, reporting and compliance matters across Slate's European business.
Prior to joining Slate, Agnes worked as Director for various corporate service providers in Luxembourg, focusing on corporate and fund structures with main interest in real estate.
Agnes is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and holds Master's Degrees in Finance and International Management.
Ajatshatru Singh is an Analyst as part of Slate's two-year Analyst rotation program in the Chicago office. He supports all aspects of Slate's business over the course of his rotations across various business lines.

Alex joined Slate in 2021. Based in Dallas, Alex works within Slate Real Estate Capital and is responsible for investments in Texas and the Southeastern U.S.
Alexandra Antonelli joined Slate in 2021. She will be responsible for the facilitation of the treasury function, financial analysis, and external and management reporting.
Prior to Slate, she worked for Brookfield Properties Retail in the accounting department.
Alexandra holds a bachelor's degree in human resources and an MBA from DePaul University.
Alison Tang joined Slate in 2022 and assists with the financial analysis and reporting for Slate Office REIT.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Allen joined Slate in 2013. He is responsible for the asset management of Slate Grocery REIT and Slate's investment strategy focused on essential real estate assets in North America, including the oversight of leasing and property management functions, preparing annual operating budgets and overall property development including value-add projects.
Prior to Slate, Allen spent 6 years with a U.S. based real estate investment firm.

Andrew is the Chief Financial Officer for Slate Grocery REIT. Andrew joined Slate in 2015 and most recently served as a Vice President and Controller of the Slate Grocery REIT. Prior to joining Slate, Andrew worked at BHP Billiton in Melbourne, Australia and at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business at York University.

Prior to joining Slate, Anja worked at KPMG Cape Town in the audit division for three years. Anja has an Honours degree in Accounting from Stellenbosch University (South Africa) and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Anthony joined Slate in 2021. He is primarily responsible for the origination and execution of commercial real estate debt investments across the United States.
Prior to joining Slate, Anthony worked at Annaly Capital focused on commercial real estate investments. Before his time at Annaly, Anthony worked in real estate investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch originating, structuring, and executing large commercial real estate transactions for the bank's institutional clients. Anthony started his career as a financial consultant at Ernst & Young in their structured finance transactions group.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York (inactive).

Billie joined Slate in 2019. She is responsible for the management of all Human Resources functions and duties, including overseeing personnel policies, hiring processes, compliance audits, benefits, and salary administration. In addition, she is responsible for the oversight of Slate's global Administration team.
Billie holds a Master of Arts from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Iowa.
Blair co-founded Slate Asset Management in 2005. Slate is a global alternative investment platform targeting real assets. Slate's platform has a range of real estate and infrastructure investment strategies, including opportunistic, value add, core plus, and debt investments.
Blair has over 25 years of real estate industry experience working in direct investment, investment banking, development and securitization across North America, Europe and Asia. He has been fortunate to work with exceptional people at pioneering firms such as Fortress Investment Group, Bankers Trust, First National Financial Corporation and Brazos Advisors (now Lone Star).
Blair co-chairs Slate's Investment Committee, together with Brady Welch, and is a member of Slate's Management Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Slate Office REIT and Slate Grocery REIT.
Blair holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Bozena is a Managing Director and the Global Head of ESG at Slate Asset Management, overseeing the definition and implementation of the firm's global ESG strategy.
Bozena has nearly two decades of experience at the interface of finance and corporate responsibility. She started her career as a Business and Environmental Consultant at Laing Technology Group before joining Allianz Global Investors (AGI) as Team Head of Sustainability Research in 2000. While at AGI, Bozena led the push for sustainability within the finance industry well before it was mainstream. She designed, managed and marketed the Allianz Global Investors clean technology fund - Global Ecotrends - which grew from $10 million in seed funding to $1 billion in AUM and became a global franchise for the firm.
In 2010, Bozena was appointed Global Co-Head of ESG for AGI, taking over responsibility for ESG integration across the firm's global investments and reporting directly into the firm's CIO. She pioneered a number of innovative ESG strategies and processes, establishing a global ESG team and growing AGI's total sustainable investment assets under management from 70 million to over 30 billion during her tenure with the firm.
After leaving AGI, Bozena applied her entrepreneurial drive to self-fund and launch a successful women's sustainable fashion label. She's overseen the brand's business strategy and creative direction, including sustainable materials research and sourcing, supply chain management, successful partnerships with non-governmental organizations focused on environmental sustainability and more.
Bozena earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the university of Sussex. She completed her Master of Science in Environment Technology with Distinction at Imperial College.
Braden joined Slate in 2019. He is responsible for the asset management of Slate Grocery REIT and Slate's investment strategy focused on essential real estate assets in North America, including supervision of third party property management and leasing professionals, preparation of annual operating budgets, and approval and execution of capital spending and leasing programs. He previously managed investor relations for both of Slate's publicly-listed REITs.
Prior to joining Slate, Braden was on the real estate investment banking team at Scotiabank.
He holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Brady has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in North America and Europe. Prior to Slate, Brady held senior management positions with Fortress Investment Group from 1998 to 2005, where he was responsible for asset management strategies, financing and originations for both direct real estate investments and real estate debt portfolios. Prior to Fortress, he managed Truscan's (former real estate arm of Canada Trust) investments in Class A office towers in Canada's five major urban markets. Brady began his career in the mid-1990s with Brazos Advisors, participating in the acquisition and work-out of over $2 billion in distressed real estate loan pools from insurance companies and financial institutions.
Brady co-chairs Slate's Investment Committee, together with Blair Welch, and is a member of Slate's Management Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Slate Office REIT and Slate Grocery REIT.
Brady holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University.
Brandon joined Slate in 2016. He oversees Slate's development efforts.
Prior to joining Slate, Brandon was the development lead at CAPREIT. He also held development positions at TAS and Morguard Investments Limited.
Brandon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Fine Art History from the University of Toronto; a Master of Architecture and Certificate of Real Estate Development from the University of Pennsylvania; and a Masters in Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management.
Brandon joined Slate in 2016. Brandon is responsible for assisting in Slate's corporate development, strategic initiatives and investments. He previously worked on Slate Office REIT, responsible for financial analysis and asset management.
Prior to joining Slate, Brandon was on the real estate investment banking team at TD Securities, working in capital markets advisory and commercial brokerage.
He holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey Business School at Western University.
Brendan joined Slate in 2022, and is focused on the firm's capital raising efforts. Prior to joining, Brendan led the fundraising and investor relations function at Argentic Investment Management, a real estate investment manager based in New York, where his primary responsibilities included raising capital from North American institutional investors and working with distribution partners outside the U.S./Canada.
Brendan was previously a Vice President on the Capital Formation team at Hunt Real Estate Capital. His prior roles at AllianceBernstein, and Vanguard also focused on developing and managing investor relationships.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College and is a CFA Charterholder.
Brendan joined Slate in 2021 and is a leader of Slate Real Estate Capital as well as originating and executing real estate investments across the United States.
Prior to joining Slate, Brendan lead commercial real estate originations across the Midwest for Annaly Capital Management. Brendan previously served on the acquisitions and originations team for Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP) with primary coverage of Northern California, Seattle, and Minneapolis. Prior to joining PCCP in 2015, Brendan worked for The Durst Organization on One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) managing the public/private joint venture with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Brendan began his career at Hunter Robert's Construction Group where he led the Cost Department for the New York region assessing the financial risk on active projects.

Briain is a Managing Director of Slate Asset Management and has significant corporate finance, restructuring, and capital markets experience in both North America and Europe
Briain leads the Slate European platform. His responsibilities include originating and executing acquisitions, capital raising, overseeing various asset management functions and establishing new investment platforms.
Prior to joining Slate, Briain was a partner in the real estate practice of KPMG in Toronto. Prior to this, he worked in real estate private equity, investment banking and for a REIT originating, structuring and executing on large commercial real estate opportunities in Europe and North America.
Briain is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and holds an honours Bachelor of Civil Law degree from University College Dublin and an Honours Diploma of Business Studies from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Brian is Managing Director of Slate Asset Management and has extensive experience in real estate investment throughout North America.
Brian joined Slate in 2015, and he oversees the origination and execution of acquisitions and dispositions across Slate's private equity and separate account platforms in Canada.
Prior to joining Slate, Brian spent several years with Brookfield Financial and Brascan Financial, where he was involved in over $5 billion of transactions throughout Canada, the United States and Brazil.

Brittney joined Slate in 2015. She is responsible for the asset management of Slate's Core and Core-plus assets, including leasing and property management functions, preparation of annual operating budgets and investor reports, and execution of capital spending, leasing programs and value-add projects.
Prior to Slate, Brittney was a member of the Valuation and Advisory Services team as an AIC Candidate Appraiser at Colliers International.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph in their renowned Real Estate program.
Brooke joined Slate in 2019. She is involved in all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions including financial analysis and underwriting.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Mathematics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Carina joined Slate in 2018. She is responsible for assisting in the asset management of Slate's Canadian opportunistic investments.

Erik is a Managing Director at Slate Securities and has nearly two decades of real estate investing experience. Most recently he was Director, Real Estate at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) focused on Retail, and Special Situations, leading innovative capital markets activities such as investment in public and private real estate companies, and portfolio debt issuance.
He started his career at AIMCo in 2003 and played an integral role in growing AIMCo's real estate investments from a $2 billion domestic portfolio to more than $21 billion globally. He gained extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate investment process including acquisitions, development, tactical asset planning, leasing initiatives, JV arrangements, portfolio construction and risk management. He managed a public markets portfolio with a value in excess of $650 million which was successfully implemented in order to complement the global real estate portfolio by taking advantage of dislocations that occur in public markets, and to diversify with strategic long-term investments. Prior to joining AIMCo, he competed briefly on the professional tennis circuit after earning ITA NCAA All America team status as a collegiate athlete.
Erik graduated with Honors from the University of California - Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and he is a CFA Charterholder.
