Alan Ives - Managing Director
Alan served as Section Commander in the 1 st Battalion Royal Anglian regiment from 1994 until 2003.
Alan is a Dynamic professional, with a wealth of experience in Operations and Facilities management.
Alan is accustomed to working in challenging and difficult environments, he has a talent for designing and implementing effective procedures and policies needed in order to deliver high-level operations and services.
Paul has over 30 years of experience in the security industry, he has represented many clients both within the UK and Internationally and has vast experience in Security Guarding, Crowd Safety, Loss Prevention, Training, and Close Protection. Paul cares greatly about his staff and the Security industry in general and previously acted as lead for the SIA for the South East of England which is a volunteer role.
Paul is a lifelong Tottenham Hotspurs Fan and completed a career-high when SGC Security Services was awarded a Security & Crowd Safety contract at the prestigious new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Paul's other passion is teaching and training in self-defence. Paul has been teaching Kickboxing and self-defence since 1990 and also competed for England and Great Britain Karate and Kickboxing team.
