I am a Software Engineer working remotely for KDAB, who are a leading expert provider of Qt, C++ and OpenGL consulting, development and training services. This includes writing applications using Qt/C++ and communicating with a globally distributed team via text chat, emails and video calls. I previously worked at Canonical on the Ubuntu Linux distribution, this also included writing applications using Qt/C++ and communicating with a globally distributed team via IRC, emails and hangouts. In addition I have completed a BSc Software Engineering at Oxford Brookes University with First Class Honours and have a strong passion for open computing based on open standards...
