Founded in 2011, Astra Mining (a subsidiary of Astra Industrial) is a Saudi limited liability company. The company is active in the exploration of ores and minerals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the establishment of factories to process them, which in turn is able to develop the manufacturing industries in the country... Astra Mining was incorporated in 2011 as a limited liability company by AIG and Tharawat Mining Company; It owns (77.3%) and (22.7%) respectively and was established as the mining arm of AIG to explore for ores and minerals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and establish plants to process them to meet market demands in both the local market and the MENA region. ; Which in turn is able to develop manufacturing industries in the country.
