(BBS) is a San Diego-based, small, woman-owned, environmental consulting firm that provides objective natural resource expertise and innovative solutions to complex environmental issues for public- and private-sector clients who require assistance complying with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. We provide natural resource and environmental consulting services throughout southern California and the western U.S. for a growing list of clients, including government agencies, utility companies, military installations, private landowners and developers, and environmental consulting firms as well as local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and non-profit organizations.
