Brook King brings 23 years of experience in drilling, construction, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) services, and has been with Cascade since 2008. He has several years of field and operations management experience, working in different roles with diverse types of Cascade technology, including but not limited to Sonic, Auger, Air Rotary, and Direct Push Drilling Operations and Remediation Operations.
Brook has extensive experience in risk mitigation, trend analysis, and loss prevention. During his tenure in EHS, Brook worked on the development team of the COREā¢ safety program and has worked diligently within the organization regarding CORE safety program implementation, development, behavior-based safety (BBS), training, and program compliance.
Brook has a desire to help employees develop safe work practices, and strong leadership skills and reach their full potential.
Chris Barden has worked in the environmental drilling industry for 15 years. His previous experience includes working as a truck driver, equipment operator and foreman. Chris has received his Indiana well driller license, certifications in first aid and CPR, and has completed the OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (29 CFR 1910.120) and 10-hour Construction courses. He specializes in sonic drilling.

Dan Spencer is the Vice President of Operations for Aquifer Drilling & Testing, a Cascade Company (ADT). In his role, he oversees environmental and geotechnical drilling projects in the greater New York City metropolitan area. Dan has worked in many capacities over his years with Cascade, including as a program manager, regional fleet and maintenance manager, a sr. project manager, and director of analytics. His experience allows him to identify opportunities for greater operational efficiencies that can lower his clients' costs and improve their project outcomes.
Dan manages more than 80 employees and a deep fleet of standard and specialized drilling equipment. His clients rely on him to ensure they have the right technology and skilled drillers to safely and efficiently do the work on every project site.

David Wilcox has been in the drilling industry for nearly 20 years and has experience in crew management, project management, rig operations and client relations. He is a licensed driller in both North and South Carolina and specializes in the operation of sonic drilling rigs.

Eliot Cooper is the Vice President of Technology and Business Development. In this role, he helps clients design efficient and cost-effective remedies using high resolution site characterization (HRSC) and a vast array of remediation options. His specialty is finding the right combination of tools and technologies for complex sites, and ensuring every step of the remediation process is optimized to achieve results.
Eliot draws on a career that spans more than 30 years in the environmental remediation industry and includes hundreds of projects nationwide. He's remediated sites that involved hex chrome, fuel spills, and chlorinated solvents. He specializes in injected remedy delivery, remediation design support, characterization of VOCs, and tackling complex sites by combining multiple remediation technologies.
Eliot previously served at the Environmental Protection Agency in both air pollution and hazardous waste management programs, as well as in the private sector providing thermal combustion and in situ remediation field services. Eliot now leads Cascade's in situ remediation solutions team to evaluate available technologies to meet client goals, provide advanced delivery techniques, and ensure HRSC results in actionable solutions.

Eric Baumgardt was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Eric has over 11 years' experience as a CFO, with a longstanding career history of directing accounting and financial activities for startup firms, SMB/SME companies, and Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive experience in Banking, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas and Automation industries. He has led international teams in budget preparation, forecasting and strategies to ensure business success.

Eric Moskal is the Director of Technical Experts at Cascade Environmental. In this role, he helps develop and implement best practices for field crews to maximize safety, capability, and efficiency to ensure a positive return on Client investment for each site.
Eric is a national expert on pneumatic and hydraulic emplacement of chemical oxidants, zero-valent iron (ZVI), combined ZVI-bioremediation remedies for complex chlorinated solvent sites, and remediation-engineered activated carbon for complex petroleum sites. He also provides pneumatic permeability enhancement of finer-grained soils to optimize soil vapor extraction (SVE) systems for both hydrocarbons and chlorinated solvent removal. Eric collaborates with his clients to identify a cost-effective, site-specific methodology for delivering amendments that will achieve their remedial goals. Previous projects have included everything from the site of a former corner gas station to personal residences to large federal sites.
Eric has almost two decades of practical experience in the environmental services industry. He has extensive hands-on field experience and many years of project development and management experience.

Ms. Devon Phelan has nearly two decades of project management experience with TerraTherm and has successfully completed in situ thermal remediation (ISTR) projects across the United States. Ms. Phelan possesses a wide array of thermal remediation project experience at active and inactive Department of Defense (DoD) facilities, Superfund and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) sites, and both operational and decommissioned private facilities.
Ms. Phelan has managed projects using all major thermal technologies-Thermal Conduction Heating (TCH), Electrical Resistance Heating (ERH) and Steam Enhanced Extraction (SEE) as well as combinations of the three.
As the leader of TerraTherm's Project Management Team, Ms. Phelan is responsible for successful project completion of all thermal projects, managing safety, design, construction, operation, sampling, and demobilization of thermal projects.
