ECOT or Employers' Confederation of Thailand was established in 1976 of the Labour Relations Act B.E 2518 according to the 1975 Labour Relation Act ,known as the principal employers' organisation representing Thai employers nationwide and continue living the history of the oldest and longest employers' organisation in Thai Kingdom.
