She also has specific training and experience in short sales and bank-owned properties. Alexis grew up in real estate and now lives it every day at Help-U-Sell Direct Homes-Exton, a family owned and operated business. In addition to being a full-time agent, she plays an active role in running the business her father established in 1999. She graduated from Downingtown Senior High School and Gwynedd Mercy University in Montgomery County. She captained the women's basketball team at both schools. She now resides in Downingtown with her husband Brian Seymour, and where they raise their five-year-old son, Mason and one-year-old daughter, Ashling.

A lifelong resident of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Matthew resides n Downingtown, PA. Together with his daughter, Alexis Boyle-Seymour, the two run Help-U-Sell Direct Homes- Exton. Matthew prides himself on his experience and knowledge of Chester and Delaware counties, where he's active in the community. He is an active member of the Brandywine YMCA and is a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, an Irish American fraternal organization.
