Integral Ag. Inc. was formed with the mindset that each future partner PCA will get a minimum of two years of one-on-one training to help prepare them for their future as an independent consultant. Thus far, each partner has been trained under the guidance of our lead PCA, Justin. After that time they can expand into a role as a junior partner where the lead PCA is still involved with various aspects of the day to day management and service for clients, but the expectation is that the junior partner will start to find their own clients for which they manage entirely under their own authority. Once the junior partner demonstrates they have the ability to properly guide their clients and uphold the principles of Integral Ag they are made a senior partner...
