IVDA

Formed in 1990, the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) is a special military base reuse Joint Powers Authority (JPA) created by and through specific State of California Legislation (AB 419) pursuant to Public Law 100-526 under BRAC-I. It is governed by its Board of Directors... IVDA is responsible for the development of the non-aviation portions of the Norton Air Force Base, replading jobs lost due to the military base closure.
