Mr. George Constantinou is involved in management consulting for the last 5 years dealing with reorganizations and turn around management. Previously, he had 10 years of service in the financial services business at top level executive positions. He has worked on numerous M&As and has great expertise in corporate finance and strategic planning. Right after graduation Mr. Constantinou spent 10 years managing his own company in retail. He is a holder of an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BSc. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Constantinou has served in many Boards of Directors of publicly traded and privately held companies including GPC Network Consulting Co Ltd.
Mr. Lambros Christofi has been in high profile business and investing for the last 20 years. He has founded and financed several companies which many have been listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. He is an expert in M&A negotiations and in raising equity funding. He has completed business deals in excess of 1 billion euro. He is heading the L. Christofi Group Ltd which is a holding company for his family investments. He has studied Marketing in the UK and right after graduation he has worked in the insurance industry. Mr. Christofi has served in several Boards of Directors of publicly traded companies and Industry Associations.
Mr. Momi Nahum is an entrepreneur who combines passion with the ability to make things happen. He is constantly involved with various and diversified projects and ventures. Mr. Nahum has nearly twenty years of experience as the founder and CEO of several privately held companies in the marketing and technology sector. He has also served as a top-level executive in various firms specializing among others in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance strategy, investment planning and construction.

Mrs Joanna Christofi holds a Bsc in Estate Management from South Bank University of London. She is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1993, a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) since 1995 and a member of the Cyprus Real Estates Agents Association (CREA) since 1996. Mrs Christofi has vast experience in Property matters and has been actively involved in many property projects in Cyprus and overseas.
She is currently a leading real estate consultant for LCLC Properties Ltd.
