Our work is about enabling people to perform at their best by creating insights into what helps people to focus and thrive at work. We work with leadership teams in the private and public sectors to help them build resilience and introduce change efficiently and effectively. We do this through creating better understanding of the brain. We passionately believe that if leaders, managers - all of us - understand our brains a little better, then we can work with that knowledge and have more great hours at work... We work with neuroscientists in Europe and the USA and we see our role as taking their work out of the lab and bringing it into the workplace in a really practical way. We bring hard science to employee engagement, performance and change. We do this through our consulting work, masterclasses and workshop. Hilary is a frequent international speaker.
