The Vision of Trident Theatre Company is to be recognized as an institution that, through the art of theatre, consistently delivers engagement, education, and entertainment to Sheridan and the surrounding community. Trident strives to remain Sheridan's resident semi-professional theatre company, remaining progressive and relevant in the creation of its product... Trident Theatre has been in business since January 2016. Aaron named Trident after the chosen weapon of Pepperdine University's then-mascot, King Neptune. As stated in the Mission Statement above, Aaron strives to associate Trident's live productions with playwrights who have turned the tide of the theatrical landscape. To Aaron, this means to foster innovation or innovative ideas in theatre production, while also revering classical works, as most classical works were innovative in their own times.
