Adrian is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the built environment. He is RICS, PRINCE2 an NEC3 qualified and will bring a best-practice approach to all projects undertaken.
With UK-wide responsibility for project management, Adrian has led the development of the discipline, positioning Pick Everard as a top 20 project management firm in the Building top consultants list. Adrian is responsible for strategic direction, governance and performance of the project management division. He has also managed major frameworks and has been working with Scape for over 5 years.
Alastair leads our Management Services Business Unit, comprising of Cost Management, Project Management, Building Surveying, Health and Safety and Advisory Teams. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, he is passionate about delivering projects that meet the client's requirements whilst achieving the best value possible.

Andy is a Chartered Architect with 30 years experience in the design, management and delivery of a wide range of construction projects for private and public sector clients. His focus is on delivering excellent solutions for clients through an efficient, high quality integrated consultancy service.
Andy is Pick Everard's Partner for education, responsible for working closely with universities, colleges, schools and their funding and governing bodies to deliver facilities for learning excellence. He also leads the practice's Residential sector, pursuing energy efficient living solutions, and the Conservation sector seeking to protect and efficiently utilise our valuable built heritage.

Ben specialises in work winning, with a over 10 years' experience in securing major projects and frameworks across the construction industry. With a background in bid management, he is passionate about identifying the right solutions to meet client's needs, with a strong track record in securing projects and programmes ranging from minor appointments to major schemes with values in excess of £300m.
In his current role, Ben leads our strategic development team. The team brings together specialist bid, business development, marketing and strategic partnerships personnel, who work closely with our teams of technical experts to create value adding solutions to overcome any challenges faced by clients.
Daniel has over 25 years' experience in the construction industry, working predominantly in consultancy. His experience crosses many sectors, including education, embassy buildings, tall towers, hotels, sport and leisure, science parks, as well as food and beverage.
Daniel is director for project management in the West Midlands and is responsible for developing the Pick Everard presence in this area, he is also the West Midlands SCAPE representative. He joined Pick Everard from the Middle East where he gained valuable experience working on many large and complex projects.

Project and programme management
David is a Chartered Surveyor and PRINCE2 project management practitioner with over 20 years' experience. He is responsible for service delivery under framework agreements for clients including: National Grid, EDF Energy, Northants Police, Lincoln City Council and the BBC amongst others. In this role, David acts as the point of contact for all enquiries; his skill in professional resource planning ensures appropriate expertise and resource allocation from project inception to completion.
As a Chartered Surveyor, David has an extensive knowledge and experience in the design and management of property refurbishments. He is particularly skilled in the organisation of project delivery teams and the implementation of agreed project delivery performance standards. This is not limited to typical performance standards of: time, finance and quality; but extends to ensuring that the particular policies, protocols and culture of the client organisation are embedded throughout.
Partner with shared responsibility for the advancement of our national design service. David has guided and led the growth of our London office as part of developing our capability for national major clients. He currently manages teams in our London and Leicester offices. An Architect with 25 years extensively varied experience managing a multi-discipline service delivery to our major clients.
David has particular experience in healthcare, custodial, education and workplace sectors, and is responsible for developing teams with efficient processes and procedures to deliver innovative design solutions. Working for public sector clients including Government agencies, and by partnering with design & build contractors on major public frameworks, his work has obtained client recognition of quality and savings through design efficiency.
