Bruce Ross, Group Head of Technology & Operations, is responsible for the strategy and overall management of global technology and operations for RBC's five businesses, including applications development, infrastructure and enterprise operations. As a member of the Group Executive, Bruce is one of 10 executives responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for Canada's biggest bank. He is also a member of the Group Operating Committee, which is responsible for leading operations across the Bank.
Since joining in 2014, Bruce has spearheaded a transformative technology strategy, playing an instrumental role in delivering on RBC's ambition to become the #1 digitally enabled relationship bank. He is passionate about investing in top tech talent to drive key imperatives for RBC. These include leveraging data and insights to drive value for clients, executing large and innovative technology programs, keeping RBC and clients safe with a world-class cybersecurity strategy, and investments in emerging technologies.
Bruce is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of technology and business experience. Prior to joining RBC, he was General Manager, Global Technology Services, North America at IBM. He facilitated the long-term operational and business direction for the organization as a member of their Strategy and Performance teams. Throughout his tenure, Bruce held increasingly senior roles in a number of international key markets for IBM, providing thought leadership and strategic counsel to financial institutions globally. Key roles included General Manager, Global Technology Services for Europe, and General Manager and President for IBM Canada.
Bruce is a professional engineer and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. He is active in a number of business and community organizations in Canada such as the United Way, and serves as a Board Member for both the International Board of Advisors as well as the University of Western Ontario.

Derek Neldner is CEO and Group Head of RBC Capital Markets and is a member of RBC's Group Executive. Derek has global oversight of the firm and, along with the Capital Markets Operating Committee, sets the growth strategy for RBC's Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Markets business activities worldwide. Together with other members of Group Executive, Derek is also responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RBC.
Derek joined RBC in 1995 and has held a broad array of responsibilities across the firm and served as Global Head of Investment Banking prior to his current role. He has significant experience across all aspects of investment banking including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and he continues to provide senior coverage and advice to a number of the firm's most significant clients.
Derek has a longstanding commitment to philanthropy and giving back to the community. As Group Head, Personal Banking, Erica is responsible for RBC's personal banking businesses in Canada, the Caribbean and the U.S. Together with other members of Group Executive, Erica is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RBC.
In her previous role as Executive Vice President of Personal Financing Products she set the strategic direction for RBC's consumer lending businesses in Canada, including home equity financing, unsecured personal lending, specialized segments, and automotive financing. She also led RBC's international banking businesses, including RBC Bank U.S., serving the U.S. banking needs of Canadians, and RBC's Caribbean Banking business, providing personal, commercial and corporate banking services across that region. Her deep business experience, strategic vision and strong capability to rally teams to outperformance were critical to the successful HSBC Bank Canada acquisition.
Erica joined RBC in 2013 and has held increasingly senior executive roles across RBC's consumer businesses where she set the strategic direction and led all lines of business that serve RBC clients' personal banking, saving, financial planning, and investment needs. This portfolio included: Chequing, Personal Payments, Savings, Term Investments, Mutual Funds Distribution, RBC Direct Investing, RBC InvestEase, and Financial Planning, as well as the client segments for Newcomer, Youth & Young Adult, Healthcare, and Workplace Strategy & Group Products.

Mr. Vettese is co-founder of SummitNorth (a capital and advisory company). He was Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Canada from 2012, and a member of Deloitte's Global Executive from 2007 until 2019. Over the course of his career with Deloitte, Mr. Vettese served in a number of senior leadership positions, including Chair of the Americas Executive and Global Managing Partner, Financial Advisory. Mr. Vettese was also a member of the Canadian Executive and Board and the Global Board at Deloitte. From 2016 to 2019, he also served as Deloitte Canada's Chief Inclusion Officer.

As Chief Risk Officer, Graeme oversees the strategic management of risk on an enterprise-wide basis. He is a member of Group Executive, which sets the overall strategic direction of RBC. He was appointed Chief Risk Officer in 2018.
Graeme joined RBC in 1997 as an analyst in Group Risk Management, focusing on foreign exchange products. In 2001, he took on the role of Vice President for GRM's Portfolio Management team focused on loan portfolio risk analysis, economic capital and policy. Graeme moved to New York in 2004 to become Head of Market Risk for the Capital Markets trading businesses in the U.S. In 2011, Graeme moved to London to take on the role as Chief Risk Officer for Europe & Asia.
Prior to being appointed CRO, Graeme was EVP, Retail & Commercial Credit Risk, where he led a number of teams that provide the primary risk management support to RBC's Insurance, Wealth Management and Personal and Commercial Banking (P&CB) businesses.

Heather Munroe-Blum is chairperson of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. She is emerita principal and vice-chancellor of McGill University, having served as principal and vice-chancellor from 2003 until 2013. She is chair of the Canada Gairdner Foundation, co-chair of the Leaders' Council of McGill University's Tanenbaum Open Science Institute and a director of the board of Stanford University's Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences. She is a member of the Trilateral Commission.

As Group Head, RBC Insurance, Jennifer Publicover has global responsibility for RBC's insurance businesses, including life and health, home and auto, travel, group annuities, as well as global reinsurance. She is also the Chair of the Pension Plan Management Committee of the Royal Bank of Canada. Along with other members of the Group Executive, Jennifer is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RBC.
Jennifer joined RBC Insurance in January 2023 where she developed a clear digitally-driven growth strategy that includes leveraging the capabilities, relationships and channels from across RBC. She has a depth of experience across global financial services including Senior Vice President, Products & Strategy for RBC Wealth Management, where she played a critical role in the acquisition of Brewin Dolphin, creating one of the largest wealth managers in the U.K., Channel Islands and Ireland.
Prior to joining RBC in 2018, Jennifer worked for Morgan Stanley for 20 years in progressively senior client coverage leadership and management roles where she gained deep institutional experience in its Investment Banking Division, primarily in New York and London.

Kelly Bradley, RBC's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), has responsibility for Human Resources, extending to over 97,000 employees in 29 countries, along with Brand, Marketing, Citizenship and Communications. Before becoming CHRO in 2022, Kelly was Senior Vice President, Talent Strategy & Solutions, leading enterprise-wide strategy and programs for Leadership, Learning & Performance, Future of Work and Culture, Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Effectiveness. Kelly co-led the first phase of a multi-year transformation designed to create a more agile, future-ready and digitally enabled HR function.

In her more than 25 years in financial services, she has become known as a dynamic leader with deep expertise in building and executing strategies that unlock the potential of people, enable innovation and drive business growth. Maria Douvas is a member of RBC's Group Executive and serves as the bank's Chief Legal and Administrative Officer (CLAO). As Group Head, RBC Wealth Management, Neil McLaughlin has global oversight and strategic leadership of RBC's wealth management businesses, including advice-led wealth management businesses in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia, RBC Global Asset Management, RBC Investor Services, and RBC Direct Investing. These businesses provide a full suite of industry-leading wealth management solutions to individuals, families and institutions globally.
Together with other members of Group Executive, Neil is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RBC.
Prior to his current position, Neil was Group Head, Personal & Commercial Banking, where he was responsible for RBC's banking businesses in Canada, the Caribbean and the U.S., including personal and commercial financial services, credit cards and payments, and digital solutions, as well as RBC's sales and branch distribution, operations and advice centres. He was also responsible for RBCx, the tech banking and innovation group focused on re-imagining the role RBC plays in clients' lives now and for the future. Neil played a critical leadership role throughout RBC's acquisition and integration of HSBC Bank Canada, including executing a complex close-and-convert transition within a single weekend.
He joined RBC in 1998 and has held a wide range of senior management and executive positions including roles in commercial banking, credit card and personal lending, marketing and risk.
Neil currently serves on the Sunnybrook Foundation Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA, and lives in Toronto with his wife and their two children.

Ms. Jamieson is a corporate director. From 2004 to 2020, she was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Indspire (a Canadian Indigenous charity that invests in the education of First Nations, Inuit and Métis people). She was Chief of the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory from 2001 to 2004. She also served for ten years as the Ombudsman of Ontario.
Ms. Jamieson is a director of Deloitte Canada LLP and the Rideau Hall Foundation and also a founding visionary of the Prosperity Project.
Ms. Jamieson holds a Bachelor of Laws from Western University. She is the first First Nations woman to have earned a law degree in Canada. She was awarded the Indigenous Peoples' Counsel designation by the Indigenous Bar Association and is an officer of the Order of Canada.

As Group Head, Commercial Banking, Sean Amato-Gauci leads RBC's Commercial Banking business, setting its overall strategic direction. He is responsible for driving prudent portfolio and earnings growth, and delivering world-class capabilities to small business, commercial and corporate clients as well as globally connected commercial clients with international banking needs. Together with other members of Group Executive, Sean is also responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RBC.
Sean is a passionate advocate for talent development, actively mentoring emerging leaders and building high-performing teams to support the bank's long-term growth. He also supports several community initiatives, including Ernestine's Women's Shelter.

Mr. Vandal is President of Axium Infrastructure U.S. Inc. (an investment management firm). From 2005 to 2015, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hydro-Québec.

Mr. Vandal holds an MBA in finance from Université de Montréal and an engineering degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal. He is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering.

Mr. Daruvala is a corporate director. From 2016 to 2021, he was Co-Chief Executive Officer of MIO Partners, Inc. (the in-house asset management arm of McKinsey & Company). In 2016, he served as Senior Advisor and Director Emeritus for McKinsey & Company, concluding a 33-year career at McKinsey during which he advised financial institutions on a broad range of strategic and operational matters and led the risk management and banking and securities practices (both in the Americas).
Mr. Daruvala is a director of MIO Partners, Inc., the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay Heritage Foundation, the Zoroastrian Entrepreneurship Development Fund and the New York Philharmonic. He is an Adjunct Professor and Executive-in-Residence at the Columbia Business School.
Mr. Daruvala holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
