Claire has overall responsibility for the delivery of the complete ICT Managed Service that RM provide to Dudley.

- IMS Consultant
Dan provides the traded service supporting individual schools in the effective use of data. He also gives vital support to the application and development of IMS including assessment, target setting, reporting to parents and attendance. Dan helps to guide the development of the Integris software used in Dudley schools and supports the IMS training programme.

- Operations Team Leader
Duane is responsible for the overall delivery of day to day support for schools that the RM Managed Service provides. Duane joined Dudley in June 2011 initially supporting schools with Integris and then moving to the Engineer team. Duane manages the Dudley Service Desk, on-site Engineers and Hardware team and is also the first point of contact for customer feedback for the Dudley Managed Service schools.

Heather joined the DGfL team from a Dudley Primary School in 2001. Heather has the lead responsibility working with schools on the Online Safety agenda with a particular remit for the development of online safety advice and guidance. She is a qualified ICT Mark and 360 esafe assessor. Heather supports the strategic planning, development and embedding of ICT as a subject and as a cross curricular learning tool.

- Contract Officer
Ian ensures the day to day operational compliance of the DGfL contractors RM. This includes best value benchmarking of the contract and additional services, invoice payment and performance monitoring. He also undertakes procurement for individual school ICT projects.

- Senior Education Consultant
Juliet has a long history of working with Dudley schools, with the experience of being both a teacher, and an Advisory Teacher for ICT. Since 1999 she has worked as a RM Senior Educational Consultant and now coordinates the ICT support work in primary schools. She provides educational consultancy and support with ICT developments such as RM Unify, Office 365 and the curriculum. She is an ICT Mark and 360 esafe registered assessor and has also carried out the role of Ofsted inspector.

Phil has responsibility for the operational delivery of RM Dudley Managed Service. Phil joined Dudley in January 2014. He previously worked for Hewlett Packard and Tarmac managing national service desks and is a governor at Sledmere Primary School. Phil manages the Escalations team and the Senior Remote Engineers.

Phil is the RM Technical Architect for the Dudley managed service. He is responsible for the overall design of the technical infrastructure and the introduction of new products, services and upgrades including major service wide technology refreshes. Phil is also responsible for integration projects and information security.
