In leading technical teams my main focus is on content and users, but also on coaching team members. In the projects I've done I have had many different roles, e.g. productowner, scrum master and stakeholder. In all cases I've acted as an agile coach... I'm inspired, pragmatic and highly dedicated to my work. In my spare time I read up on the latest trends in the fields of internet, apps, IOT, mobile game development and gadgets... Using the proprietary CMS OBEN and using smart contenttagging, we were able to extend the userexperience and keep our audience engaged. One of the great challenges for this website was the huge number of visitors on the site seconds after each tv-episode ended. Special cachingsystems were built to keep the website stable under this heavy load and still serve (near)live content to visitors.
