Anders Graciano is a Senior Vice President of NAI Excel Hospitality Investment Group. Anders Graciano has an extensive background in international business consulting and commercial real estate. Mr. Graciano was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. After attending business school, he worked in sales for 8 years including 3 years as head of sales for a large German I.T. distribution company, which lead him to join the Danish branch of a US I.T. distribution company.
Anders then started his own consulting business advising international companies that intended to expand throughout Europe. In 2010, he visited Las Vegas for the first time and fell in love with the city; the rest is history. Anders saw great opportunities in taking his experience and entrepreneurial skills from across the Atlantic and applying it to the US where he started a consulting company.
Mr. Graciano then transitioned to commercial real estate where he completed the circle of services he offers to his clients in creating wealth through real estate investments. Anders brings a unique international business and financial perspective to his clients as well as being conversant in five (5) different languages.
In 2019 Mr. Graciano made Las Vegas hospitality history when he orchestrated and closed the sale of a Hampton Inn by Hilton at the highest price ever recorded per door for a non-casino hotel property.
Anders enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is an avid soccer fan.
Asim Mehmood is a licensed CPA in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has experience helping small businesses, healthcare professionals, retail businesses, property management companies, and high net worth individuals. He has been working as a professional accountant for the last ten years. He attended business school in the Philippines to earn his Master of Business Administration after receiving his Bachelor's and an Associate's degree in Pakistan.
Asim started his own practice in 2015 to advise and consult small businesses in Las Vegas. He enjoys working with people and helps them in challenges faced by their businesses and advise them to succeed. He also helped individuals and businesses who were struggling financially during the COVID-19 crisis.
Asim saw great opportunities with his experience and entrepreneur skills to advise and consult in the commercial real estate industry. Asim transitioned to commercial real estate and offers his clients the potential to create wealth through real estate investments. He will bring his financial expertise in order to help his clients as well as being conversant in two different languages, English and Urdu.

Billy is a director of the Net Lease Investment Group at NAI, working with investors in the buying, selling, exchanging, restructuring, and/or leasing back of net-leased properties across the U.S. He has been a top-producing real estate professional for over 15 years and has overseen real estate projects in Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco. Billy joined NAI in 2023 to help lead their net leased practice across the intermountain region.
Blue Brooks has been in real estate since 2009. His family owned Apex Engineers & Consultants, Inc., responsible for the engineering design of the Stripes convenience stores expansion throughout Texas in the early 2000s. Blue worked as a consultant for the firm during high school and college, while attending the University of Texas, Pan American and eventually Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. During that time, Blue began gathering data analysis for NAI Rio Grande Valley while in college at UT-Pan American, eventually joining Cadence Commercial, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage in McAllen specializing in Retail and land redevelopment for corporate clients.
In 2015, Blue returned to his hometown in Corpus Christi to found Blue Market, a boutique commercial real estate firm. In 2017, Blue Market joined NAI Global as NAI Blue Market taking over the Corpus Christi, Texas and surrounding territories. Specializing in office and industrial real estate, Blue Market has represented many corporate clients and investors which include numerous private equity groups in the triple net space to publicly traded industrial users. In 2024, NAI Blue Market merged with NAI Excel, a leading commercial real estate firm with offices in Texas, Nevada, and Utah.

Charles Martin Wender (known to most as "Marty") is well known for his achievements and vision. Marty Wender, a Fort Worth native, began his San Antonio business career in 1969, upon graduating from the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin and marrying San Antonio native Rene Lynn Mandel.

Erik Sexton joined NAI Excel in 2017 as a Senior Vice President and Industrial Specialist. He has more than 14 years experience in the leasing and sales of industrial and office spaces. During his real estate career, Mr. Sexton has represented a diverse segment of location and national companies that include Genesis Gaming, SME Steel, Ice Now, High Impact Signs, Next Century Rebar, JAMO Performance Exhaust, Chicago Exhibit Productions, Coca Cola, and 99 Cent Stores Only. As a licensed agent, he has brokered more than 1.8 million square feet of commercial space totaling more than $335.7 million.
Prior to joining NAI Excel, Mr. Sexton was with Sperry Van Ness from 2012 to 2017 as an Executive Vice President specializing in industrial properties, and Brownstone Commercial Real Estate from 2004-2012. Prior to commencing his real estate career, Mr. Sexton interned for the development team of Sunrise Senior Living retirement homes in Munich and Frankfurt, Germany. Sunrise Senior Living subsequently grew to be one of the largest retirement home system in the world. In his spare time, Mr. Sexton Enjoys Rock climbing, motorcycles, and snowboarding, and of course, hanging out with his faithful dog, Ruger.

Background and Experience

Leslie Houston joined NAI in 2018 after seven years of experience with a third party commercial real estate database, formerly known as one of the Top 2 commercial real estate information providers. Leslie came to Vegas with an extensive real estate network from coast to coast. She possesses a very unique subset of skills which includes all property types, all listing types, analytics, and research. Coaching, supervision, and customer service have been major components throughout Leslie's career and are proving to directly relate to her new role within the Larkin Industrial Group. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Leslie completed the Leadership Development Program offered by The University of Kansas, which offers an intense leadership program to individuals who have been selected by their organization as the future leaders of the company.
