Established in 2009, Four Corners Foundation (FCF) is a grassroots 501c3 organization committed to collaborating with other nonprofits to improve and champion the needs, interests, and priorities of San Juan County. FCF works to raise community awareness and provide funding and support to nonprofits that work to empower the citizens of San Juan County and end the hardships that create barriers to healthy families and healthy communities... The Four Corners Foundation is a Community Foundation in every sense of the term. We partner with and champion the needs, interests and priorities of non-profits that respect and wish to improve lives from conception to death.
