I lead and conduct 'Security Risk Assessments' for customers throughout North America with an emphasis on cloud security, identity governance, network security, social engineering, mobile security, breach assessments, database security and access management. Currently, Deborah is a member of the International Group of Experts currently drafting the "Tallin 2" manual on state activity in cyberspace; and of the ILA's Study Group on Cybersecurity, Terrorism and International Law. In 2010-11, she co-chaired the National Cyber Initiative's Policy and Regulation Committee, launched by the Prime Minister's Office.
