Katherine has worked in the financial planning industry for over 13 years. Katherine is a proficient paraplanner with a genuine interest in supporting our advisers to provide quality advice to clients. She has an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan, a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Queensland and has started her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
Norm Sinclair established Sinclair Financial Group in June 2013. He spent the previous 15 years working as a financial planner in various roles and businesses that have provided the perfect foundation to launch Sinclair Financial Group.
A genuine desire to make a financial difference in people's lives, good listening skills and the ability to problem solve are key drivers in Norm forming long term quality relationships with his clients. Norm is supported by an Administration team and professional Para planning team to deliver a quality financial planning service to his clients.
Norm has a Diploma of Financial Planning and Masters of Financial Planning from Sunshine Coast University. He is an Associate Member of the Financial Planning Association and an Associate Member of the Superannuation Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA).
His focus is on providing financial advice to small business owners, professionals and individuals who are open to advice.
Away from the business, Norm enjoys running, cycling and swimming, competing in the odd triathlon. Norm has completed 3 marathons and the Port Macquarie Australian Ironman.
