Andrea Kelly is an Audit Partner in our asset management practice. Andrea has over 25 years' experience in the industry and has worked in Ireland, the USA and Australia. She leads our Alternatives Asset Management Practice in Ireland and is a member of the PwC Global Alternatives management team. Andrea works with an extensive range of alternative asset management clients in Ireland promoted by US and European investment managers, covering all types of strategies and structures. Her portfolio contains both onshore and offshore funds, many of whom have complex structures, and incorporates all alternative asset classes including credit, collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), convertible arbitrage, distressed debt, funds of hedge funds, private equity and real estate. Andrea has significant consultancy experience, including product structuring advice to alternative fund managers, valuation and pricing reviews, operational control reviews and accounting engagements. Andrea is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a member of AIMA and Vice Chair of 100 Women in Finance in Ireland. Marie Taylor-Ghent leads our Asset Management Digital Solutions team. Marie has extensive data, analytics and technology experience, working across both industry and professional services delivering transformational results. Marie's particular area of focus is developing technology and services in the Asset and Wealth Management sector, transforming key business processes and helping clients re-imagine how services can be delivered using data and technology. Marie is a member of the Irish Funds and is a member of the Distribution Technology Working Group. Andrea Kelly is an audit partner in our asset management practice. Andrea specialises in the alternative area of PwC Dublin's asset management practice, having worked in the industry for the past 11 years. She advises onshore and offshore funds, many of whom have complex structures and policies, and who utilise US GAAP, Irish GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards. Andrea also advises an extensive range of alternative investment clients in Ireland promoted by European and US investment managers (both stand alone and institutional), covering all types of strategies from fund of funds, to convertible arbitrage, distressed debt, emerging markets etc. Andrea has significant consultancy experience, including operational control reviews, product structuring advice to hedge fund managers, valuation and pricing reviews as well as the ongoing assurance business of identifying and presenting internal control weaknesses and opportunities for efficiencies. Andrea is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Paul is an accomplished industry leader with over 20 years' aviation and finance experience including leasing, asset management, banking, consultancy and airlines in Dublin, London and Hong Kong. Paul started his career in Aer Lingus before moving to RBS Aviation Capital's Investor Markets team where he worked on debt syndication, structured finance and aircraft trading. Sinéad Ovenden is a partner in our consulting practice, specialising in financial services (FS) regulation. She has more than 15 years of experience specialising in financial services compliance and regulation, having worked within the financial services sector in Ireland, Australia and the UK. Sinéad provides advice to clients on all aspects of financial services regulation from implementation of new requirements to large scale remediation projects. Sinéad has also represented the financial services industry on many technical working committees helping to influence and shape new financial services regulation. Given the ever changing financial services landscape, Dervla works with banking, capital markets and wealth management clients supporting them with strategy, transformation and banking operations programmes. Operating in a regulated environment, Dervla works with clients to operationalise regulations and deal with remediation issues that arise. Dervla is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Trish Johnston is an Assurance Partner and leads PwC's Asset and Wealth Management practice in Ireland. She has more than 25 years' experience in the asset management industry, five of which were spent working in Bermuda, New York and London. Trish works with a large cross-section of asset management clients including asset managers, administrators and mutual and hedge fund clients. She also advises both corporate and fund clients on a range of audit, accounting and consulting engagements. Trish is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a CFA charter holder, and holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) degree from Trinity College, Dublin. Marie Coady is a Tax Partner in the firm's Asset and Wealth Management practice. Marie assists international asset managers and investment banks in structuring and managing cross-border investments. Marie advises clients on a wide range of cross-border tax matters relevant to structuring mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds in addition to advising on the global investor taxation implications of investing in various investment products. Marie leads PwC's Global ETF team and also leads PwC's global asset management tax technology and transformation team for the asset management sector. Michael is PwC Ireland's Advisory Leader and a member of the firm's leadership team. As an advisory partner, Michael specialises in delivering strategic change engagements across the Irish public, commercial state and private sectors. He has a proven track record in successfully delivering complex, large-scale transformation projects for his clients. He has led a number of high-profile, large-scale and nationally important engagements, where he has interacted with the highest levels of government and the public service, including the presentation of findings to cabinet committees chaired by the Taoiseach and Minister for Finance.

Yvonne Thompson is a partner in the PwC financial services tax practice in Ireland, specialising in the corporate taxation of banking, fintech and leasing operations. Yvonne has extensive experience advising financial services clients on all aspects of domestic and international cross-border tax matters. Yvonne leads the Aviation Finance market sector for the firm and is also the Financial Services Leader for Ireland. Yvonne is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Ciarán Kelly leads the advisory services team at PwC Ireland and is a member of PwC Ireland's Leadership Team. Ciarán leads complex business, operational and technology transformation programmes for many of our financial services clients. Ciaran has supported many domestic and international clients to successfully deliver lasting change. Ciarán's experience of over 30 years spans professional services and Financial Services industry roles. Ciarán's areas of expertise include: FS technology, transforming operational risk, payments, cyber, strategic cost reduction and process redesign. Ronan is a partner in PwC Ireland's financial services practice. He leads the Banking, Insurance and Aviation Finance assurance practice. In this capacity, Ronan provides both external and internal audit services, as well as advisory assistance and reviews to domestic and multi-national clients, including some of the leading aircraft lessors globally. He has significant experience in the implementation of IFRS, US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley within banks and treasury centres. He is also responsible for the market risk services within PwC Ireland which provide advice on strategy, controls, complex accounting and valuation related issues impacting banks, treasuries and structured finance companies today. Ronan is the Irish representative on the PwC Global Corporate Treasury Technical Committee, the PwC European Treasury Leaders network and the PwC expert group on the impacts of changes to loan loss provisioning. He is also responsible for the Firm's Risk and Quality function, and in this role, is a member of PwC Ireland's Leadership Team.
