Associated Speech Consultants was founded in 1990 by Kathy Jo Simmie, M. Sc, Speech Language Pathologist. Her mission was to provide opportunities for individuals with communication difficulties to have access to as much therapy as required. Working with occupational therapists, psychologists, teachers, social workers and physicians, Associated Speech Consultants has earned an outstanding reputation as a leader in the field... At Associated Speech Consultants we strive to build strong relationships with our clients in order to help make lives better with more effective communication. We work with individuals/families/agencies to develop communication that works. Our staff continuously seek out opportunities to learn and apply the most current- research-based strategies to best support our clients development.
