Carl works to attract top talent for our aviation clients as well as build and grow our market position in the aviation staffing industry by identifying new clients and building strong customer relationships and to help our clients achieve their long-term organizational goals. Carl worked directly in the aviation industry both as a technician and a Production Planner and Repair Station Manager for a combined 12 years.
Carl has been working as a Sr Recruiter for Major staffing companies as well as doing RPO corporate recruiting for both large and small aviation companies for more than 7 years. He has experience in both direct placement and contract recruiting for mid and sr managers, engineers, cleared professionals, aircraft technicians, quality professionals, corporate finance, and IT professionals.
Carl has lived in the South East for over 20 years and enjoys traveling and meeting new clients, outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, skiing and hiking, going to outdoor festivals and concerts and enjoys all types of music and movies.
Hal manages many of the important details associated with recruiting technicians for CAT. He has decades of valuable experience as a Director of Maintenance, A & P, IA and General Manager. He spent much of his career enmeshed in the flight test industry for the USAF and private industry.
He has hired and managed thousands of employees in his various positions and has a wealth of Human Resources knowledge.
When he's not on the phone talking to mechanics, Hal administers the CAT drug screening program.

Pete Gross is the President and Owner of Airport Enterprises which operates Contract Aicraft Technicians (aka CAT Aerostaffing). Along with CAT, he also owns Dillon Flying Service in Dillon, Montana and Backcountry Flying Experience which operates from Whitefish Lake and Kalispell, Montana.
He's an A & P, IA and Private Pilot who has been working as a mechanic on aircraft and race cars since his early teenage years.
Pete believes in hard work and hand-shake agreements. Taking care of mechanics and customers and building a network of both is his mission.
Shaun started his aviation career in 2002 at Everett Community College with the A&P program. After getting his A&P he went to work for an MRO that specializes in commercial jet maintenance. Years later he became a sheet metal mechanic on Chinooks and Blackhawks performing heavy maintenance and modifications. He later transitioned into wrenching on Blackhawk for several years before leaving his beautiful war machines to go instruct aviation mechanical courses for a major airplane manufacture in the pacific northwest. He joined our CAT Team to enhance our recruiting capabilities. He is currently completing an Aviation Management Degree at CWU.

Steve's primary role is to serve our customers. His job is to determine their staffing needs and then provide well qualified candidates who are eager to perform. He spends much of his time vetting applicants and ensuring they are fully aware of what our customers expectations are.
Before entering the aerostaffing world, Steve spent 17 years in the aerospace industry. Employed with multiple subcontracting companies, he managed OEM and airline accounts including Alaska Air, Textron, Piper, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Sikorsky and Robinson Helicopter.
Steve Crenshaw joined the CAT team in 2015 to support the growing customer base and help with recruiting and today CAT Aerostaffing provides services to dozens of clients all across the United States. We focus our efforts on the needs of our customers AND employees. This basic formula continues to guide us and help us grow each year. In 2018 Joaquin Martens joined our team as a recruiter. Joaquin brings many years of professional experience working with aviation mechanics. He researches hundreds of resumes weekly and interview dozens of candidates to provide good results for our customers.
