Tori has been married to her best friend Tommy for almost 3 years now. They met serving in church together and love working to build the kingdom through their jobs each and every day. She has been in the world of administration for about 3 years now. She loves organizing and making systems run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She loves working in the weeds and behind the scenes to serve and care for our team so that they can better equip our clients to run harder on their mission than ever before. She loves people and enjoys getting to know how the Lord gifted each individual differently in order to bless the Kingdom for His glory.

Luke has helped his church (Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, TN) develop stewardship of their facilities for nearly 15 years utilizing Cool Solutions Group's strategies and solutions. His pastoral experience, his seven children and beautiful wife Sandy and love of the outdoors give him great joy.

Kim Simmons spent 28 years managing projects in the financial services industry and 7 years leading a guest services team of a multi-site church. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult sons along with all of their dogs. She enjoys crafting, antiquing and diy projects.
Tom truly feels called to serve the church with technology. He has a professional background in information technology, business analysis and project management. Living in Fort Mill, SC, Tom and his wife raise a couple of teenagers. He is also actively involved with his church and F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith).

Lorrie Eriksen has over 30 years of Administrative and Customer Service experience. When Lorrie is not working for Cool Solutions Group, she enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren, family, and 2 standard poodles. She also enjoys painting, biking, singing, and more!
Ben is husband to his high school sweetheart Sara and father to Elyse, Oliver, and Isaiah. They live just outside of Sioux Falls, SD. At his local church Ben is currently an elder, preacher, teacher, and technology team volunteer. He's been involved in church facilities since he was 15 years old when his home church bought and renovated a large retail space. Before Smart Church Solutions Ben served the facility needs of large industrial manufactures and managed multiple Church Management and Mobile Apps.

Matt has been a member of the ministry technology community for over 20 years doing everything from managing infrastructure for major ministries to writing code. When he's not sitting in front of his computer he enjoys spending time with his wife Kimi and his three kids.
Todd and his wife, Patti Jo, have been married for over 35 years. They have four adult daughters who love Jesus deeply. They currently reside in Knoxville, Tennessee and they are raving Tennessee Volunteer fans! Todd previously served in full time ministry for approximately thirty years. He is self described as the "Utility Pastor." Associate Pastor, Executive Pastor, Youth Pastor, Worship Pastor, Newcomers Pastor, Church Planter, and more! Most recently, he served thousands of churches and nonprofits by supporting multiple online giving solutions.

Patrick Hart has served in Church Facilities Ministry roles for the past 18 years in the Pacific Northwest. He is an active member of the NACFM and has served on their Board as Executive Director and more recently as Director of Development. Previously, Pat was in ministry as a Director of Christian Education in the Lutheran Church, worked as National Account Manager for a large telecom company, and has owned his own business.

Rebecca is a mom to two wonderful little girls and a wife to a supportive, loving husband of 9 years. She met her husband while volunteering at a local hospital in Illinois. Rebecca has a deep love for others and truly finds purpose in helping those in need. She has a work history of a variety of customer service roles for almost 11 years. In Rebecca's spare time she enjoys doing fun activities with her girls, like going to the library or doing a craft at home.
Ryan's software development background began in 2008 as an intern at the York County, SC government office and since then he has held various software development and engineering roles in the fields of consulting, manufacturing, and financial services. He is an active member and deacon at his church. He and his wife, Vanessa, are raising two kids - Jacob (13) and Morgan (10). He is thrilled to use his talents for God's glory here at Smart Church Solutions.
Heath is the proud husband of his wife of 20 years, and father of 7 children. After returning from service in Iraq, he used his GI Bill to get his B.S. in Computer Science, he wrote his first computer code in 2008. He is the song leader at his little country church and has his priorities straight from the top down God, Family, Country.

Tim Cool is founder of Cool Solutions Group, but more importantly, the husband to Lisa and father to 25 year old triplets. His passion is serving churches to be intentional with their facilities…and he loves hiking in the NC Mountains.
Lee Cool, one of the "Cool triplets", is dedicated to great customer experiences while increasing energy and operational efficiency. Lee loves to hike, rock climb, and go camping!
Tim McAteer first started writing code in 1989 and has been passionate about it ever since, as he feels his skillset is a blessing from God. When not working, he is always busy with his wife and four children. Tim is involved with his local church serving on committees, as well as serving as IT support.

With a B.S in Business Administration from the University of North Florida, Tyler has spent 9 years leveraging digital marketing to partner with brands like Allstate Insurance, UberFreight, and WordPress VIP. Passionate about growing businesses through strategic storytelling, Tyler leads teams to success. Off-duty, Tyler enjoys golf, live music and spend time with his wife, Kelsey, daughter, Tatum, and dog, Rudy. He's a loyal fan of Indiana sports teams.
