All of the above businesses originally had Registered Office addresses at 12 Auburn Street, Takapuna, North Shore City, Auckland, 0622, New Zealand. This is the office of John Cox of Blomkamp Cox Solicitors. John Cox acted as Director and/or Chairman of these companies for many years, and for much of the time that I was involved.
