Dion has been involved in and led many high stakes negotiations, including large acquisitions, major legal disputes and organisational transformation projects. Dion holds a Bachelor of Laws (Monash), Bachelor of Arts from (Monash), Graduate Diploma in Risk Management (Monash) and a Post-graduate Diploma in Management from Melbourne Business School. Dion has built an impressive career with 7 years in private legal practice focused on commercial dispute resolution, insurance advice and administrative law, followed by 14 years in senior corporate roles. He was General Counsel & Company Secretary at AIG Life; Head of Legal and then Head of Advisory & Investment Services at Bendigo Bank; General Counsel for CGU Insurance; and most recently, in the role of Senior Corporate Counsel for IAG Legal & Board Services.

Nick is a passionate Facilitator on a mission to enable participants to be their best in challenging negotiations by gaining confidence and proficiency in Win-With methodology. Nick is a collaborative senior executive with extensive general management experience across industries such as general insurance, investments, and financial advisory. Nick has a Batchelor of Commerce, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and also has a Master of Applied Finance. He has held a broad range of roles including advising on mergers and acquisitions, development of strategic partnerships, corporate development, strategic projects and strategic development within a large corporate. Each of these roles has exposed Nick to complex negotiations and stakeholder relationship management, an invaluable experience that he makes available to Trusted Negotiator participants, bringing Negotiator concepts to real life via real life stories and examples. Nick is passionate about delivering results and recognises the importance of purpose, diversity and adaptability in bringing initiatives to life. His warm, engaging and pragmatic style as well as his rich professional background bring depth and competence to his work with Trusted Negotiator clients and peers.

Peter Singer

As a negotiator Peter has decades of experience across commercial disputes in organisations, businesses and family businesses and has a specialty in finding a way through IT projects that may be unexpectedly stalled, exceeding budget or derailed, Workplace issues in schools, NFPs and NGOs working with Chairs, CEOs, CIOs, Executives and organisational leaders with a special interest in empowering female leaders. Peter is an industry educator and on many high level boards and panels.
