The AACRC is able to continue offering free, accessible services to the people of Anne Arundel County thanks to the generous grants of funders, and, more importantly, the generosity and dedication of people like you - people who believe that positive, satisfying agreements can arise from conflict... The AACRC is a volunteer-driven organization. The volunteer program exists to provide leadership and direction within the Center, to deliver mediation and conflict resolution services, and to reach the community by raising awareness of AACRC services... AACRC currently operates with a combination of full-time and contract staff members, AmeriCorps members, and interns. Additionally, AACRC is supported largely by our Board of Directors, Volunteer mediators, and office volunteers. Our Board of Directors is comprised of 15 individuals, making up four standing committees. The Board is integral to our operations.
