Alisa Theis

has 4 year of certified property appraisal experience, although she has been with the company for several years in a clerical and IT capacity. Her duties still include a large amount of IT work and keeping the computer systems running smoothly however, she also assists as needed in the field. She has performed field inspections of real property and mobile homes for the Cities of Onalaska and Tomah, the Village of Rockland and the Towns of Dayton and Scott (Crawford County). Alisa is a proud member of WAAO.

Heather Wolf

Heather has a B.S. in Public Administration & Political Science from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. She has been an assessor since 2007. She received the 2008 Publication Award from the Wisconsin Association of Assessing Officers as well as a 2010 Presidential Citation from the Wisconsin Association of Assessing Officers for works researched, written and published. Heather is a proud member of WAAO and IAAO. Heather Wolf has served as the Statutory Assessor for the City of Onalaska since February of 2015. Mrs. Wolf has 13 years of assessment experience and has served as the lead assessor and project manager for the full revaluations of the Cities of Onalaska and Tomah, the Villages of Bangor and Rockland and the Town of Medary. Since 2015 she has also overseen the maintenance assessments for the Towns of Dayton and Scott (Crawford County). Her primary duties are overseeing the property appraisers and taking lead on the statistical testing and modeling side of mass appraisal.
