Black Owl began like most businesses... from what we know. Between the two of us, Darrell and I, we have almost 50 years of law enforcement. Our careers have drawn us toward teaching other officers as field training officers, instructors and presenters. In our journey as instructors we have developed courses and material utilizing our trainng and experience as well as consulting with some of the best in the business.
