FIRST LINE SELF DEFENSE

FLSD instructors are current or former Law Enforcement officers with years of weaponless defense training. In order to maintain the integrity of the program, FLSD requires its instructors to have at least five (5) years of Law Enforcement experience. The background and experience of the instructors allows FLSD to transform the self-defense and awareness tactics used in Law Enforcement into something that can be applied to everyday life. Instead of teaching from just a martial art perspective, FLSD will teach its students tactics that are tried and tested every day by police officers in our communities... FLSD's mission is to transform the self-defense tactics and mindset used in Law Enforcement, into an effective and low impact training tool for everyday people. We strengthen each student's personal confidence by creating a professional training environment that is welcoming and constructive to students, in order to instill lifesaving self-defense and awareness tactics...
