Adrian Rodriquez is a maintenance technician with Gemini Capital. Adrian joined the Gemini Capital team in 2015. Adrian is a Mid-Michigan native who grew up in Ithaca and now resides in Alma. Adrian enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his son.

Carlos Villalobos is a maintenance technician with Gemini Capital. He joined the Gemini Capital team in 2021. Carlos enjoys being able to leverage his strengths and experience each day in his work to ensure that each property and project meets Gemini's quality standards. Before joining the Gemini Capital team, he spent many years in the construction industry, in various roles within building materials, and then with a local builder. Carlos is originally from Texas, and grew up in Michigan. He enjoys hunting with his sons, attending or coaching high school football and wrestling, and spending time salmon fishing with his wife.
Kalina Kennedy is the accounting manager of Gemini Capital Management. Kalina has been a part of the Gemini team since 2015. Kalina is a Mid-Michigan native who attended Breckenridge High School and then earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Baker College. Before joining Gemini, Kalina was the accounting clerk in an automotive dealership for over 5 years. Kalina resides in Breckenridge with her husband, two sons and German Shepherds where they spend most of their time outdoors.
Kyle McKenzie is the leasing manager of Gemini Capital Management. Kyle has been working in this role for Gemini since September 2018. Kyle is a Mid-Michigan native who attended Breckenridge High School and earned a Bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University. Before joining Gemini Capital, Kyle had a successful career in the insurance industry. Kyle currently resides on the west side of Michigan and lives there with his wife and daughter. Like most Michigan residents Kyle can be found outdoors enjoying Michigan's great golfing and fishing opportunities.

Rick Lutge is the longest tenured employee at Gemini Capital Management and is one of our best maintenance technicians. Rick is very skilled and has the ability to fix any issue that might arise. Rick is a Mid-Michigan native who was born and raised in Ithaca. Rick currently resides in Ithaca and enjoys spending time with his children and grand-children.
Ryan Smith is the managing member of Gemini Capital Management, LLC. Ryan has been working in the property development and management industry since 2008. Ryan has worked on a wide range of real estate development projects including: build to suit for multiple Fortune 500 firms, Missing Middle housing developments, historic preservation and adaptive reuse, hospitality, small scale single and multi-family renovations. Ryan completed his undergraduate work at Alma College with double majors in Business Administration and Economics. In 2013, Ryan earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University.
Scott Saunders is the maintenance supervisor of Gemini Capital Management. Scott joined the Gemini Capital team in August of 2018. Scott is a Mid-Michigan native who now resides in Breckenridge with his wife and two sons. Before joining Gemini Capital, Scott had a successful career as a certified HVAC technician. Scott and his family enjoy spending time at their cottage up north, taking advantage of the great boating and fishing that their lake has to offer.
