Jessica Balick - COO

Jessica Balick is the JME Technologies' Chief Operating Officer. She has worked as a systems engineer in support of the Intelligence Community for over 20 years, specializing in storage and backup engineering. She worked in the private industry prior to that. Since 2001, she has owned Silverleaf Consulting, Inc. and Pinnacle Solutions, LLC (which has since merged with JME). She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. During Jessica's career in the IC, her companies have had partnerships with BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, and L-3 (CACI). Her technical, on-the-job experience combined with her background as a company owner gives her an excellent foundation as the COO for JME. Now that Jessica is an empty nester, she has more time to pursue her many hobbies. As a flutist and singer, she's a member of the band, Capital Celtic, which plays Irish music in the WMA. She regularly plays tennis for fun and in the United States Tennis Association (USTA) competitive leagues. Jessica resides in Ashburn, Virginia.

John Mahalchick - CEO, President

John is JME's President and Chief Executive Officer. He has worked over 30 years in support of the Intelligence Community as both a government and contract employee, specializing in developing processes and procedures for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of the agency systems and applications. John founded JME Technologies in 1995 and has partnered with several different prime contractors on several government contract vehicles within the IC community over the past 20+ years to include Leidos, Raytheon, CSRA, TASC, Lockheed Martin, ManTech, and BAE Systems. In an ever-changing contracting environment, John is focused on finding highly qualified and motivated employees for JME in order to provide the highest level of support to our current and future contracts. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. John provides the overall direction and daily management for JME and presides over the development of corporate strategies, best practices, and growth of the company. John resides in Frederick, Maryland.
