SCOIL BHRÍDE

Scoil Bhríde is located in the small village of Mountnugent in County Cavan. Nearby attractions include Lough Sheelin, Crover House Hotel, Ross Castle, the Loughcrew Hills and Ballyjamesduff World War1 Museum... Scoil Bhríde is a school which reflects the character and diversity of the community in which it is set. In this context, each child's unique academic, spiritual and social gifts are cherished. Our aim is that all children should leave Scoil Bhríde,with the basic skills of reading, writing and numeracy, an enthusiasm for learning, a thirst for knowledge, an appreciation of their religion and of the world they live in, and above all, many happy memories... Scoil Bhríde is a co-educational primary school operating under the patronage of the Catholic Bishop of Meath. The school has four mainstream class teachers as well as one fulltime and one shared Special Education Teacher (SET).
