It is not a foregone conclusion that the Florida Legislature and the Department of Health will implement Article X, Section 29 of the Florida Constitution (formerly Amendment 2) in a manner that is consistent with OSCR's position. It is critical to contribute to OSCR so that your voice is heard in Tallahassee. We have a small window of time to shape the new and critically important medical marijuana industry in Florida. The time to act is now. It is not a foregone conclusion that the Florida Legislature and/or Department of Health will implement Amendment 2 in a manner that is consistent with OSCR's position.
