PROSPECT HOUSE

Prospect House is located on a quiet street in historic Kingsville, Ontario. Located just blocks from downtown, guests are within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. The house is also near the Chrysler Canada Greenway and Lakeside Park, which is located on the shores of Lake Erie. Prospect House is a twenty-five minute drive to Point Pelee, and other birding areas, as well as many local wineries... Prospect House is a 1925 Victorian home, decorated with numerous antiques. The house and gardens have been renovated over the course of the last 10 years. The two available upstairs bedrooms share a remodelled 3-piece bath that includes a shower and jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has a double bed with a new mattress, hypo-allergic pillows, duvets and all the comforts of home (welcoming refreshments, toiletries etc.) Both rooms were painted and refurbished during COVID.
