Jim has been with Resource Financial Services since its inception in 2008. He was previously employed at Community Resource Mortgage and has been in the industry for more than 14 years as a mortgage banker and insurance agent. He has built a strong reputation as one of Columbia's premier mortgage bankers and strived to provide his clients with his utmost in product, service and delivery.
He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in marketing. Jim is a member of the South Carolina Mortgage Bankers Association, the Executive's Association of Greater Columbia (EAGC), St Andrew's Society of Columbia, Forest Lake Club and attends Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Jim is married to Jennifer Render Bowie and has two children, Madeline and Matthew. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling, and anything associated with college sports.

Russ is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in marketing and human resource management. Prior to joining the Resource team, Russ was an insurance claims adjuster. This role taught Russ the importance of making sure his clients have superior coverage in the event the unexpected happens. Russ will work hard to provide you with the best coverage at an exceptional rate!
With more than 27 years in the insurance industry, Vicki started the insurance division of Resource Financial Services in 2009. She is licensed as an insurance producer and surplus lines broker in South Carolina and as a non-resident producer and surplus lines producer in North Carolina. Vicki and her husband Al are the proud parents of two and grandparents of seven.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in finance, Wade founded Resource Financial Services, Inc. in 2008, after more than 17 years experience in the mortgage and insurance industries. Prior to that he started Community Resource Mortgage, Inc., which he sold to a publicly traded bank holding company in 2001. Wade is licensed and experienced in property and casualty insurance as well as surplus lines.
Married with five children, Wade and his family are members at Eastminster Presbyterian Church. He is a member of the Columbia Rotary Club and the Executive's Association of Greater Columbia (EAGC). In his spare time Wade enjoys biking, running and participating in sports with his children.
