UASIST is a non-profit organization, which assist in the growth and development of youth who lack the necessary resources to achieve a solid education... UASIST Inc. was created for the purpose of educating and serving disadvantaged children globally. Our focus will be on education. We will provide financial assistance, food, clothing, educational tools as well as educational programs to ensure that children have access to resources to build and sustain their future... We will create social change by taking a stand and we are dedicated to working with children, families, schools and their communities world wide to help the youth reach their fullest potential.
