Allan McGregor-Smith

Allan has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry specialising in the fields of education, medical, housing and commercial.

Debbie Longlands

Job Titles:
  • Planner and Office Manager
Joining us in 2016 after 14 years working within Local Planning Authorities Debbie joined the practice as Office Manager. Debbie brings a new dynamic to the office with her years of expertise in both national and local planning policies, aiding us to provide advice to clients through the planning process.

Along with being a qualified architect, Kevin is also an Accredited Architect in Building Conservation (AABC), a member of the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle Historic Buildings Committee and is the Cathedral Architect for St Mary's RC Cathedral in Newcastle. The practice has been under his guidance since 1985.

Jenny Conroy

Job Titles:
  • Architect
Jenny is a qualified Architect, with her energy and enthusiasm Jenny brings a fresh approach to the practice. Jenny has a wide range of interest in architecture and is currently preparing her portfolio of work to register with the AABC.

Kate Wilson

Job Titles:

  • Associate
Kate, a qualified architect, joined the practice in 2009, and became an Associate in 2012. Kate is seconded to Newcastle University providing studio tutoring to Part 1 architecture students. Kate has worked on several prestigious projects for the practice, Close House, Chesters Stud and Walwick Hall. Kate is currently preparing a portfolio of work to register with AABC.

Tom Sharlot

Job Titles:
  • Architect
Tom, a qualified architect, joined us in 2018, qualifying as a Certified Passivhaus Designer in 2020 which brings new and exciting ideas to the business.

Tristan Spicer

Job Titles:
  • Associate
Associate Joining the practice in 1999, Tristan became an Associate in 2005. Along with being a qualified architect Tristan is also AABC registered. Tristan has worked on many historic buildings/schedule monument projects, often involving complex funding arrangements.
