Kearsley Airways is proud to be recognised as a leading specialist in the support of many Aircraft Components on both civil and military platforms, especially so on the C-130/L382 Hercules, and where we are just one of a few Lockheed Martin C-130 Licensed Repair Centers worldwide... Kearsley Airways was one of the many post war charter operators set up to undertake all types of passenger and freight charter work, the first initial aircraft was a New Percival P.44 Proctor 5, and received its Certification of Airworthiness on October 31 1947... By the autumn of 1949, Kearsley Airways had established a maintenance base at Stansted which undertook all the overhaul and repair work required by the Dakota fleet.
