Mr. Jeter operated the company as Jeter Sheetmetal, Inc. until 1984 when David Grosse purchased the company. Soon after the purchase, the name was changed to First Service Air Conditioning Contractors, Inc. In 1986, the company moved its office to Midland, Texas... The name First Service was selected to show our commitment to service. We have continued to grow each year by maintaining this commitment.
