Neighbourhoods that Work is launched, funded through Big Lottery Fund for three to five years, developing a multi-faceted approach to building stronger communities... NTW is a dynamic and flexible partnership, working in creative ways, together with residents, communities and partners, to facilitate change in Great Yarmouth... Future Projects is providing support to individual residents through our Life Connectors. We are a driving force for social change and are transferring the successful approach and practice developed in Norwich to Great Yarmouth. Our Life connectors support individuals and communities to overcome multiple challenges and disadvantages, by enabling them to develop their own creative solutions to solve problems.
