RUBY GOAT DAIRY

Ruth did a goat & cheese-making internship in Connecticut in 2014. And in the winter of 2014-15 a relationship with a Carey Park dairy goat breeder was built. He agreed ‘to just do a little experiment.' A pilot program with first one goat, then two was begun. The experiment was a success! Ruby Goat Dairy was founded in 2015.
