Alex has been involved in the property investment industry full-time for over 15 years, performing a variety of roles including property investment adviser, buyer's agent, educator, writer, and speaker. During this time he's worked with many hundreds of investors and has collected formal qualifications for property investment advising, financial planning, mortgage broking, accounting, and of course, real estate.
An active property investor, Alex purchased his first investment property in 2004. During this initial property investment experience, Alex immediately identified the need for more ethical, competent, and knowledgeable property investment professionals, and was inspired to commence a career within the industry shortly thereafter.
Alex is passionate about educating his fellow property investors. He thrives on empowering investors with the know-how not only to achieve safe and successful property investment, but also the ability to challenge conventional property investment beliefs.
Alex enjoys his free time keeping fit playing basketball, planning his next overseas holiday, and staying on top of the latest property investment viewpoints, trends, and strategies.
Kate is an avid property investor with many years firsthand experience buying and researching real estate. She founded Adviseable after many years as a Property Coach and Mentor.

Sybil was bitten hard by the ‘property bug' in the late 1990's and after immersing herself in all things real estate she bought her first investment property soon after. Fast-forward to now and Sybil has built up an impressive property portfolio and her passion and enthusiasm for real estate is stronger than ever!
It was this unrivaled and infectious enthusiasm that prompted Sybil to take the natural plunge to transition into the real estate industry full time. During this time she's worked tirelessly to refine her skillset and broaden her experience to ensure that she remains at the top of the game.

One of Sybil's many special talents is finding the hidden gems in any property market, and when it comes to the arduous task of hunting them down she's relentless; "Leave absolutely no stone unturned" is her motto!
When she's not advising clients and buying property, you'll find Sybil enjoying down time with family, practicing yoga, tending to her profuse veggie garden, or playing with her two border collies Millie & Peppa.
