Founded in 2017, ConstructTech began as a design technology firm specializing in 3D scans, Building Information Modeling (BIM) for facilities, and procuring highly precise existing conditions plans, Revit models and Renderings for Owners and Design Professionals nationwide... Since its start, ConstructTech has evolved into a lean and efficient full-service Architectural design firm. Specializing in the transformation of existing assets, new construction, As-Builts, planning/ programming and a breadth of other marketing/proposal services for real estate owners, developers and other design firms throughout a myriad of commercial sectors. To date, ConstructTech has provided design support services for more than 65 million square feet of real estate assets.
